We've opened up a new location in Denver to optimize training for outdoor athletics. To be specific, our focus is running, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, and climbing. Each sport has particular strength and recovery needs, and we address them specifically.

PEAK PERFORMANCE - We are teaming up with Jim Redo at Movement Climbing + Fitness to offer a 6 week comprehensive training experience for climbers. This program starts January 24th 2012 and lasts 6 weeks. From 6:30-8:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

We will incorporate:
1. strength training - circuit +/or strength training for shoulder girdle, core, hamstrings, grip/hand
2. range of motion - recovery from muscular fatigue, antagonistic muscular development
3. nutrition - body fat analysis, meal options, education for food choices, eating for performance, eating for recovery
4. climbing - principles of movement, video analysis, programming
