I live in the Denver/Boulder area and want to train at an Athletik Spesifik location, how do I contact you?
Our goal is to create a high performance environment for climbers of all abilities. Progression/improvement/development as an athlete is multi-factorial. In general, the four areas that we focus on are 1. biomechanical (technical), 2. motor learning and performance (creating the correct patterns/neuro-muscular development), 3. climbing specific psychological perspective, and lastly 4. exercise physiology (adapting to the physiological demands of the sport). Without a doubt, all of these factors are tied to each other, and an omission from one influences the others.
We are at Movement Climbing and Fitness located on the North East corner of 28th and Valmont in Boulder, CO
