Do you live in Denver or Boulder and want to train with Athlet'k Spesif:k?

Our goal is to create a high performance environment for climbers of all abilities. Progression/improvement/development as an athlete is a multi-factorial animal. In general, the four areas that we focus on are 1. biomechanical (technical), 2. motor learning and performance (creating the correct patterns/neuro-muscular development), 3. climbing specific psychological perspective, and lastly 4. exercise physiology (adapting to the physiological demands of the sport). Without a doubt, all of these factors are tied to each other, and an omission from one influences the others.
